Recipe of the Week – Healthyish Holiday Eggnog


🔥Happy holidays! I have a cozy, spice-filled recipe for you today that will warm you up from the inside out.


It contains nutmeg (this week’s food of the week) … and if you haven’t guessed it yet it’s a healthier version of eggnog.


🥥Healthy-ish Holiday Eggnog🥥 

(Makes 8 servings)


  • 3 cups creamy unsweetened vanilla oat milk
  • 1 14 oz can light coconut milk
  • 4 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp each ground cinnamon & nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional, for serving: bourbon and coconut cream for serving


Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until thick and frothy. Taste and adjust the spice and sweetness levels.


Enjoy as-is or topped with coconut whipped cream. For an adult beverage, add ½ to 1 oz of bourbon per serving. 🙂
