Maple Sriracha Roasted Almonds

 You’re in charge of the heat and sweetness with these delicious almonds, which are addictive!


(makes 8 servings)

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cups (320 grams) raw almonds
  • Sea salt

Preheat the oven to 300ºF (150ºC). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment.

In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, sriracha, and avocado oil until warm. Add the almonds and stir until well combined.

Spread the almonds on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Keep your eye on them so they don’t burn. Let cool before serving.
