I cannot believe we have 6 days to CHRISTMAS!!!

I seriously love this time of year…. over the past few years we have made the process so much easier, simpler and enjoyable and it’s been worth it.

Day 8 WORKOUT

1 rep each… 2 reps each… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9…10… 11… 12

  • Front raise- Side raise =1 rep
  • Lunge back- kick (each side)
  • Side Hip Dip (each side)
