How to know of your scale lies!!!

We all want to know (or don’t) what the scale says…. It’s been an indicator of “success” or “failure” for our whole lives.

Client Cassie (named may or may not be changed for their privacy) lost only 12 pounds in 6 months!! Why would anyone care about that number?!? 

I HAVE THE ANSWER….

Do you know how much of your weight is beneficial?

Do you know how much of that weight is fat?

What beneficial weight?! Never!! You have heard of metabolism, that’s the part of your body that burns calories….

You will never even have a metabolism without muscle.

Therefore the MORE muscle you have…

The more that part of you will weigh!!!
